Profile The parent company Kumar Chemicals has started way back in 1965 with trading & indenting activity by Shri Krashnakant Chhotalal Vora. RasSiddhi a parent company of Ras Siddhi Eximp Pvt. Ltd. Has began in 1989 by proprietor Mr. Harnish Vora. Who is now the Managing Director of the Ras Siddhi Eximp Pvt. Ltd. Initially the company has started its activity in Basic chemicals used in textile industries, and after that they have started forward integration of textile chemicals in 1991, with its strong base in Finishing Chemicals, which was based on silicones, as company has started importing the basic silicone oil. Year after year, with continues R&D and more focused on textile industries, the company involved in a product range which is basic for manufacturing of textiles, such as spinning, weaviving, sizing which is converting fibre to yarns and from there to textiles. Company has gone to next step i.e. speciality kind of product for pretreatment, which is involving desizing, scouring, bleaching & covered all the activities under one roof, which saves the time, water & energy which ultimately save the cost of production. Then it comes dyeing, the company has develop various Uncommon kind of additive to assist the different kind of effect on different fabrics. Then the comes finishing, where company has a very strong base with many softeners based on various fatty amine condensate with various fatty acids and fatty alcohols and silicones as a strong base. The company has started dealing in Dimethyl Polysiloxane as a initial product, after that it has started dealing in amino modified polysiloxane, poly urethane, silicone glycols for specially kind of finishes on textile and garment. Then it comes the printing, which involve printing on all kind of fabric, such as pigment, Disperse Dyes, Reactive Dyes, Acid Dyes, Vat Dyes, Discharge, Batik and other decoratives which has value addition on textile. Since last few years, India has emerge as a major supplier of garments to the world, as a cotton has its strong base, so company has started manufacturing in the products, which is related to the processing of Garments Exclusive kind of Washing Effect, Finishing Effect, Printing Effect and Various kind of Heat transfers.
